- No distribution of pirated software crack files, DAW serial numbers, or warez links. Discussions must center around legitimate audio tooling.
4. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR PLATFORM, INCLUDING BROWSER AUDIO SYNTHESIZERS AND STEM DOWNLOADS, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SHUFFLESPOT MEDIA & AUDIO LABS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR AUDIO ENGINEERING OUTCOME.
In no event shall ShuffleSpot Media & Audio Labs LLC, its officers, or engineers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost recordings, digital audio corruption, hearing damage resulting from excessive playback volume on uncalibrated headphones, or disputes arising from sample clearance infringement on third-party streaming services.
5. DMCA & COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE
We adhere strictly to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512). If you believe material hosted on our forum infringes your copyright, deliver a formal written notice containing:
